PROVISIONS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  1. PLANT-I-BOOST SIA, Reg.Nr. 40203405788, Antonijas str. 5, Riga, LV-1010, (hereinafter referred to as the “Processor”, “we”, “ours”) processes your personal data, which is collected on the website www.plantiboost.com , as well as submitted in paper format.
  2. In accordance with the purposes stated in these terms we process the following Personal Data categories:

  1. We certify that your Personal Data will not be used for purposes other than those described in these Terms. By transferring Personal Data for Processing, you acknowledge that you are doing it voluntarily.
  2. Your Personal Data Processing Objectives

Before we begin processing your Personal Data, we will always evaluate the purposes for which your personal data will be processed. Your personal data processing is legal if we do so based on at least one of the following grounds. We process your Personal Data for purposes mentioned above:
